Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.1. If you’d like to cancel your order:
You can cancel your order anytime before it’s shipped. Once your order is on its way, we’re unable to accept cancellations.

1.2. If we need to cancel your order:
Sometimes, we might have to cancel an order due to reasons like product unavailability, payment issues, or a technical error.
If that happens, we’ll inform you right away and issue a full refund of any payment made.

Note: Product images shown are for reference only — the final packaging or look might vary slightly at the time of dispatch. Jodhajee Agro Food Industries may update product details or packaging without prior notice.

2.1. When you can request a refund:
You can ask for a refund if:

• You received the wrong or damaged item (with proof such as a photo)
• An item is missing from your order (again, with proof)

2.2. How to request a refund:
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and share a brief description along with photos of the issue.
Email your details to contact@baloliyanamkeen.com, and our team will take care of it.

2.3. How refunds are made:
All approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

3.1. When returns are accepted:
Because our products are perishable, we don’t accept returns unless the items are damaged or incorrect when delivered.

3.2. How to request a return:
Please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order.
